Each mug is made to order after your purchase is placed. Order fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days. This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging. The shipping delivery estimates below apply after fulfillment.

United States — 5–7 business days

International Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated according to the destination and shown at checkout. Typical delivery times are:

South Africa — 9–10 business days

Kenya — 10–16 business days

Philippines — 10–16 business days

Nigeria — 10–16 business days

International Orders & Customs

Orders shipped to international destinations may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by local authorities.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color preference, or size selection. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us within 30 days so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy & Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we’ll be happy to help arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
