At Hear This Today, every product is made to order, created especially for you. We take care to prepare and ship each order as efficiently as possible.

Processing Time

Each mug is custom-printed after your order is placed. Orders typically require 2–5 business days for processing before shipping. This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging. Total delivery time includes production time plus shipping transit time.

United States, United Kingdom & European Union — Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union member countries.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

• European Union: 5–10 business days

Some European locations may have different delivery conditions, but free shipping still applies where available at checkout.

Standard International Shipping

For selected international destinations (including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Taiwan), we offer:

• Flat rate shipping: $9.99

• Free shipping on orders over $75

Estimated delivery time:

7–15 business days

Global / Rest of World Shipping

For all other countries:

• Flat rate shipping: $18.69

• Free shipping on orders over $90

Estimated delivery time:

10–25 business days

International Orders & Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rate.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color preference, or size selection. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us within 30 days so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy & Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we’ll be happy to help arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow a short time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Multiple Items / Separate Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on product type, fulfillment location, or availability.

Holiday & High-Demand Periods

During holidays, promotions, or other busy periods, production and delivery times may be longer than usual.
