Made-to-Order Products

Every Hear This Today mug is printed on demand and made to order just for you. Because each piece is created individually, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for incorrect size or color choices. If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us within 30 days so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Orders can be changed or canceled anytime before production begins. Once production starts, we're no longer able to make changes.

For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom, please note that made-to-order products is strictly exempt from standard cancellation and 14-day withdrawal rights under applicable law. All physical sales are final.

Please note: Digital downloads, ebooks, and digital journals are strictly non-refundable and subject to our separate Digital Downloads Policy.

Replacements & Refunds

Our Replacement Guarantee means that if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit, we'll replace it at no additional cost. You won't need to return the original.

To request a replacement, email info@hearthistodayofficial.com within 30 days of delivery, or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost packages. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

If your claim is approved, your replacement will be processed as quickly as possible. If a refund is approved instead, it will be issued to your original payment method and typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We review each claim before approval and may request additional information or photos to confirm the issue. We reserve the right to decline claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported by sufficient evidence, as outlined in the Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention section of our Terms & Conditions.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us within 30 days. We'll look into it with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we'll either send a replacement or issue a refund.

Customs Fees & Refused International Packages

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by your country's authorities. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping rate.

If a package is refused or returned because of unpaid customs fees, we're unable to offer a refund for the order, though we can help arrange reshipment if you'd like (additional shipping charges apply).

Address Errors & Refused Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we're happy to help arrange reshipment, but additional shipping charges may apply, and the original order may not be eligible for a refund.
