Returns & Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Products

Each item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or incorrect size or color selection.

Orders can only be changed or canceled before production begins.

For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom, custom-made products may be exempt from standard cancellation rights where permitted by applicable law.

Eligible Claims

If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Claims for damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or lost items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost packages.

Please contact info@hearthistodayofficial.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review and assist you.

Defective Item Policy

If your claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement of the original item at no extra cost.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method and typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider

Shipping Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us within 30 days, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Address Errors & Refused Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or failure to collect may require reshipment at the customer’s expense and may not be eligible for a refund.
