When will my order arrive?

Each mug is custom-printed after your order is placed. Order fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days, plus shipping delivery time.

Typical shipping delivery times are:

• United States — 5–7 business days

• South Africa — 9–10 business days

• Kenya — 10–16 business days

• Philippines — 10–16 business days

• Nigeria — 10–16 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping to the United States.

For other available destinations, shipping rates are calculated according to the destination and shown at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments processed through Stripe.

Depending on your location and your card issuer, you can pay using supported major credit and debit cards, including:

Do different mug sizes ship at different speeds?

Delivery times may vary depending on the mug size, destination, fulfillment location, and product availability.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours after dispatch to begin updating.

What if my order is lost in transit?

If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us within 30 days at info@hearthistodayofficial.com and we'll investigate and resolve it.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted due to a production error, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Will I be charged customs fees or import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rate. We have no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every mug is custom-printed just for you, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or color choice.

We encourage you to review your selection carefully at checkout. If you're unsure which design or size to choose, please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to help.

If your mug arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll make it right. See the damage and misprint section above for next steps.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order anytime before production begins. Once your mug enters production, we're no longer able to make changes or cancel the order.

If you spot a mistake or need to update something right after ordering, contact us at info@hearthistodayofficial.com as soon as possible. We'll make every reasonable effort to update your order before production begins.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please double-check your address at checkout.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll help arrange reshipment, but additional shipping and handling charges may apply before reshipment.

Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes. All Hear This Today mugs are made from high-quality ceramic and are both dishwasher safe and microwave safe, designed to hold up to daily use.
