When will my order arrive?

Each mug is custom-printed after your order is placed. Order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days, plus shipping transit.

Typical total delivery times (fulfillment + shipping):

• United States — 8–13 business days

• United Kingdom — 7–11 business days

• European Union — 7–15 business days

• Canada & most flat-rate destinations — 12–18 business days

• Rest of World — 12–30 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, and all European Union countries.

For selected international destinations (Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan), flat-rate shipping is $9.99, with free shipping on orders over $75.

For all other countries, flat-rate shipping is $18.69, with free shipping on orders over $90.

Do different mug sizes ship at different speeds?

For most destinations, all mug sizes (11oz, 15oz, 20oz) ship within the same delivery window. The one exception is Australia, where the 20oz mug currently takes longer to fulfill — 24–29 business days, compared to 7–14 business days for the 11oz and 15oz sizes. If you're in Australia and need a faster arrival, we recommend the 11oz or 15oz version.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow a short time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

What if my order is lost in transit?

If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us within 30 days at info@hearthistodayofficial.com and we'll investigate and resolve it.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted due to a production error, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Will I be charged customs fees or import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rate. We have no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every mug is custom-printed just for you, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or color choice. We know that can feel limiting, so we always encourage taking a moment to review your selection at checkout — and if you're ever unsure which design or size to choose, reach out before ordering and we'd love to help.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order anytime before production begins. Once your mug enters production, we're no longer able to make changes or cancel — it's already on its way to becoming yours.

If you spot a mistake or need to update something right after ordering, send us a quick note at info@hearthistodayofficial.com as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to help.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll help arrange reshipment, but additional shipping charges may apply.

Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes. All Hear This Today mugs are made from high-quality ceramic and are both dishwasher safe and microwave safe, designed to hold up to daily use.
